Terms and Conditions of the (“405 USDT Quest”) Promotion

To promote the WhiteEX services, we are holding the 405 USDT Quest with generous rewards. In order to win, participants need to complete tasks on QuestN and collect points for that. Join now and receive prizes!

How to participate:

1. Go to the QuestN platform. 

2. Complete the tasks from WhiteEX quest listed on QuestN. 

3. Earn at least 100 points. 

The participants who earned at least 100 points will be included in the drawing at the end of the promotion (27 winners will be selected using QuestN platform). The total Prize Pool for this promotion is $405.

Terms and Conditions of the ("405 USDT Quest") Promotion

The Promotion Organizer is WhiteEX.

The Promotion period will commence on the 08th of April 2024 at 08:00 (UTC) and conclude on the 14th of April 2024 at 23:59 (UTC).

The Promotion is open to Participants from all territories worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Ambazonia, Belarus, Guam, Iran, Kosovo, Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Canada, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, France, Germany, Sudan, Syria, Transnistria, US Virgin Islands, USA, Western Sahara, Yemen, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteEX.

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.

Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:

1. Completed the Tasks from WhiteEX on the QuestN platform during the Promotion period. 

2. Earned at least 100 Points for completing the Tasks on the platform. 

A detailed description of the Tasks is outlined on the QuestN platform. 

Important! In order to avoid Points accruement algorithm abuse and manipulations, Points are calculated internally and automatically.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner's consent. In case of creating multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Participants' data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations. WhiteEX is not responsible for the collection of user data carried out by the data provider.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

The Participants of the Promotion, who have fulfilled all the Conditions and earned at least 100 points, have the opportunity to become the Winners and win Prizes from the General Prize Pool according to the following assignment:

• 15 USDT each.

The Promotion allows for a maximum of 27 Winners. One Winner may receive one Prize.

The QuestN platform will determine the Winners automatically on the 29th of April at 00:01 UTC. The list of Winners will be displayed on the right side of the quest page on the 29th of April at 00:01 UTC. To receive the Prize to their Web3 wallets that were connected at the moment of the registration on the QuestN platform, the Winners must claim the Prize within 30 days from the Winner's determination, but not later than May 29th. The Winners claim their Prize by clicking the Claim button on the quest page on the QuestN. 

If a Winner fails to comply with these Terms, they shall forfeit their entitlement to the Winner status, which shall be transferred to the next Winner on the list.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable and non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions. 

In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the Organizer via [email protected] no later than the 05th of June 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner's receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://whiteex.com/WhiteEx_website_privacy_policy_en.pdf. 

By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the Organizer's official social media accounts.

The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer's decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
